Nothing like a relaxing stroll in the park...followed by a goose attack!

I spotted these little fellas from across the park and immediately decided I wanted them to be in a few pictures with me. My plan failed as one of them got into crazy goose attack mode and came at me. And just like that the goose segment of this photo shoot was over. Live and learn.

I used to love the rain. Then I lived in Vancouver for two years...

Fast-forward to Montreal and the only thing to make those wet and dreary days bearable are a darling pair of galoshes and a vibrant raincoat that just won't quit.

Swimsuit Study

Loathed by most of the sane female population, the hunt for the perfect swimsuit is never an easy feat. Despite this fact, I almost always take joy in the face of a sartorial challenge. No matter the season, I will often gravitate towards the swim section of any retail store for just a quick browse. I really feel it's necessary to put in the proper time and commitment to finding a swimsuit that is not only comfortable but also, makes you look and more importantly, feel great. Because that's what summer is all about, ladies- feeling great! Besides, there is never (and I mean, NEVER) any harm in a quick browse.

The Godmother

A few weeks ago, I attended my baby niece's baptism where I was cast in one of the leading roles of this event- The Godmother. While there was much debate over what I should wear in this title role, I decided on this simple, floral sheath dress which was both appropriate and quite lovely if I may say so. I think the key to a good church outfit is all about femininity combined with a sweet touch of innocence. Wouldn't you agree?
